This starter notice describes how Relation Aquarian intends to handle information submitted through relationaquarian.com. It must be updated to name the operating legal entity, hosting provider, webhook provider, and applicable jurisdiction before launch.
Information we collect
The Founding Circle form requests a first name and email address. A hidden spam-prevention field may also be evaluated. We do not ask for birth data, natal-chart information, payment information, or sensitive personal details through this form.
How information is used
Submitted information is intended to be used to respond to Founding Circle requests and send launch, enrollment, and related Relation Aquarian updates. It should not be used for unrelated marketing without additional notice or consent.
Service providers and disclosure
Form submissions are sent to a configured webhook provider selected by Relation Aquarian. Hosting and communication providers may process the information only as needed to operate the site and invitation list. The final notice should name or categorize those providers and link to their privacy terms.
Retention and choices
A specific retention period must be established during legal review. People can unsubscribe from email updates using the link in those messages. Requests to access, correct, or delete information can be sent to hello@relationaquarian.com.
